Shipping policy

Each Sarnaya desk mat is printed after you order and ships directly from our fulfillment partner.

Delivery area and charges

During our initial launch, we deliver to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses or destinations outside this area. Local pickup is not available.

Your shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping is charged separately from the product price.

Production and delivery

Our dispatch estimate is within 7 business days after your completed order is received. Carrier transit typically takes a further 3–8 business days. Please allow up to 15 business days in total for printing and delivery. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

We will email your tracking information when it becomes available. An order confirmation does not mean your parcel has shipped.

Delays or missing parcels

If we learn that we cannot ship within the time stated when you ordered, we will notify you before that deadline and ask whether you agree to wait. If you decline, or we do not obtain your agreement to the delay, we will cancel the unshipped portion and promptly refund the applicable amount, including its shipping charge.

If your parcel has not arrived by its estimated delivery date, contact amz1sells@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate.

Address corrections

Check your address carefully before ordering. Contact us immediately if it needs correcting; changes may no longer be possible once processing has begun. If an incorrect address you supplied causes a parcel to be returned, we will confirm any additional reshipping charge with you before proceeding. This does not limit your rights when an error is ours.
